of a medieval moat near the remaining city wall. The project relies on
the history of the city, traditional values and symbols cultural
continuity. New building replaced a dilapidated builging of a former
blacksmithery, increased the possibilities of using the picturesque
area and improved the urban environment and infrastructure. Near the
park and the remaining city wall investor has build a parking lot for
the city and the future occupants of the new homes. The commercial
premises and the comfortable apartments offer new opportunities to
entrepreneurs and residents of the city.
